This project was led by our CEO, Tabvi “Mellow” Motsi, during his tenure as Global Brand Director at Jibu Inc. It showcases The B.Shop’s approach to building impactful brands, crafting cohesive brand strategies, and creating transformative digital communications strategies. Overseeing Jibu’s branding and marketing across eight countries, Mellow spearheaded a comprehensive brand revitalization. Central to this transformation was the introduction of the tagline “A Better Life”, encapsulating Jibu’s commitment to community upliftment and enhancing livelihoods. This reimagined messaging resonated deeply with diverse audiences, reflecting Jibu’s unwavering dedication to fostering well-being.

To amplify Jibu’s image and create a connection with global audiences, Mellow introduced the innovative travel blog, “Shirley Was Here,” in partnership with traveling social entrepreneur Shirley Kandabu. This initiative provided a dynamic, real-world lens on Jibu’s community impact, positioning the brand as larger-than-life and deeply integrated into the lives of the people it serves.
